What We Offer

  • Group Sessions: We specialise in facilitating small group workshops designed to address key aspects of the transition process.

  • Group Dynamics: Our unique point of difference lies in harnessing the power of the group setting, where individuals find support in shared experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and normalising feelings. 

  • Holistic Support Model: Our approach emphasises stress management, acknowledging the impact of the current situation, identifying individual skills and talents, and cultivating opportunities for personal growth.​​

Your package will include

In person group sessions

3 x 90 minute group sessions, in person (at agreed venue) or online

These sessions will include:

  • guiding transitions from employment to uncertainty into new roles.

  • attending to personal experiences of feeling isolated or alone during career changes.

  • addressing a range of emotions that fluctuate and impact our daily living.

Additional session

4th optional session available for participants’ significant other to attend.

Resources & Referrals

Resources and referrals provided to individual participants on request.
