Your package will include
In person group sessions
3 x 90 minute group sessions, in person (at agreed venue) or online
These sessions will include:

guiding transitions from employment to uncertainty into new roles.

attending to personal experiences of feeling isolated or alone during career changes.

addressing a range of emotions that fluctuate and impact our daily living.
Additional session
4th optional session available for participants’ significant other to attend.
